How to be an Alpha Male

  1. Be confident, confront any fears that you have, eventually it wont be a fear anymore
  2. Get masculine, stronger, lift, smell good
  3. Be a leader, don't follow your friends around if they don't value you
  4. Know yourself, know what you want and go after it
  5. Don't do anything you don't want to do, do what you want 
  6. Don't email or message girls back right away, make them come to you
  7. Be yourself, stand for what you think is right
  8. Have a good posture
  9. Make eye contact 
  10. Shake hands properly
  11. Be proud of who you are, no one wants to listen to your sad story bro
  12. Control your emotions, even if you are emotional, don't show them
