There is a how-to video on making a Sludge (scroll down) but I use peanut butter instead of almond, love peanut butter! It's a lot better than just simply having an ice cream or cake.
- 2 Scoops of protein (I use chocolate)
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- Throw all that in a bowl, mix it with water (VERY LITTLE WATER) make sure it isn't watery, needs to have good consistency
- Mix half a cup of blueberries in
- Put it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes
- Heavenly tasting meal (SRS)
